Return & Refund Policy

At Angel Pups™, we want you to love your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and unworn

• Item must be in original condition

• Tags must be attached

• Item must be free of damage or stains

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Angel Pups™ is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@angel-pups.net

Please include your order number and photos of the item.
